Hon. Beth Wahito Njoroge is a specially elected MCA at the County Assembly.
She is a veteran politician, visionary, transformative, and jubilant leader with over three decades of active politics. She was actively involved in the fight for Multiparty democracy in 1992 which metamorphosized the Country’s political landscape.She is a seasoned politician, having served as an MCA in the first Assembly and as a councillor in the defunct Nyandarua County Council
Hon. Beth was the Youth Leader for Democratic Party (DP) where she served the youth all over the Country, she then became the Chairperson for the National Alliance Rainbow Coalition (NARC) Kenya Nyandarua a party that fought for the democratic ideals of the rule of law, fairness, social justice, gender, equity, and equality.
After the promulgation of the new constitution, Hon. Beth became the Coordinator for Jubilee Party for Kinangop Constituency and was the driving force that spearheaded the election of a former Senator in Nyandarua County.
Hon. Wahito is serving the great people of Nyandarua as a specially elected Member of the Nyandarua County Assembly. She is the Vice-Chairperson of the Health Services Committee and sits in the:
-Members’ Welfare, Catering, and Library Committee
– Public works, Roads, Transport, Housing, and Energy Committee
-Special Funds Accounts Committee
Hon. Wahito is the Coordinator for United Democratic Alliance (UDA) in Kinangop Nyandarua County.
She is a mother to a daughter; a guardian to five children and a grandmother.
