HON. ISAAC KUNG’U WANJIRU

Hon. Isaac Kung’u Wanjiru is the sitting MCA  of Wanjohi Ward serving his second consecutive term.

He is the chairperson of the Committee County Budget andAppropriations Committee.

He is also a member of: Implementation; Health Services and Tourism, Cooperatives Development, Trade and Industrialization

In his first term,he served as the Chairperson of the Implementation Committee.

He was also a member of the Finance and Economic Development Committee; Health Services Committee and Budget and Appropriations Committee and Liaison Committees.

Hon. Kung’u holds a Master of Arts degree in Project Management from the University of Nairobi. He graduated with a with a Bachelor of Science (Statistics) degree from the same university in 2006.

He was in the Committee of Experts that came up with the new Constitution of Kenya promulgated in the year 2010. He is also a former chairman of Uwezo Fund in Kipipiri constituency.

Among other organizations that he has Consulted for are donor agencies like European Union, UNDP and Danida.

He is married with three children- a son and two daughters.
