Hon. Isaac Mbae is a young, energetic and visionary leader with more than five years in active politics.
He is serving his first-term as an elected Member of the County Assembly representing the great people of Githioro Ward.
He serves in the following capacities:
Chairperson of the Committee on Water, Environment, Climate Change and Natural Resources.
Member of the following sectoral Committees:
- Budget and Appropriations.
- Legal Affairs, Labour and Intergovernmental Relations and Coordination.
- Education, Children, Gender Affairs, Culture and Social Services Committee.
Hon. Mbae holds a certificate in Computer Programming. His love for his community development took him back to school where he pursued a Diploma in Community Development and is presently pursuing a Degree in Community Development at the Pan-Africa Christian University.
He also holds a certificate in Consistent Bible Reading (CBR), a vital course in his Christian life.
Hon. Mbae studied at Gathiriga Primary School and Kinyanjui Technical School.
He is married to Linet and is blessed with two sons and one daughter.
