Hon. Maureen Wairimu Mugaki is a specially elected MCA at the County Assembly.
Hon. Wairimu Mugaki is a dedicated and visionary leader with a passion in education and women empowerment.
Ms Mugaki is a first-time specially elected Member of the County Assembly at the Nyandarua County Assembly representing women and gender. Indeed, she is serving the great people of Nyandarua as the Vice-Chairperson of the Committee of Public Works, Roads, Transport, Housing and Energy. She is also a member of the following sectoral committees:
– The Committee on Delegated County Legislation
– The Health Services Committee
– Legal Affairs, Labour and Intergovernmental Relations
She is a Human resource professional who holds a Diploma in Human Resource Management from the Nairobi Institute of Business Studies and is a Certified Public Secretary. She is an alumnus of Gitwe primary and Njabini Girls High Schools.
