MANDATE OF THE COMMITTEE
Consultation and co-operation between the national and county governments and amongst county governments; establishing mechanisms for the resolution of intergovernmental disputes pursuant to Articles 6 and 189 of the Constitution; liaison between the two levels of government, and between the County Executive and the County Assembly; special programmes; public participation and civic education; trade union relations and labour; and all matters relating to justice and legal affairs.
